So...I said I'd tell you all if I passed or failed my notary exam and I found out yesterday in the mail.
I failed.
I got 30/35. Go figure you have to have 31/35 to pass. SOOOOOooooo....I'm taking it again tomorrow after lunch. I already scheduled everything and I've started reading through all the stuff again. ONE QUESTION!!!!!!!! Anyhoo, I'll tell you how it goes.....

What's the old really annoying saying..."if at first you don't succeed...." heh. Good luck with it. Sounds like a total pain.
Crystal, after you pass the exam go get yourself a REAL BIG drink with LOTS of ice and chill...for about two months. This process is the slowest thing I have ever gone through! Took me three months to renew mine. BOTH TIMES!!

Yes, you have to send the State a copy of your test, then they send you your certificate, then you get bonded and send your certificate to a company that makes stamps. I even wrote a "nice" letter to state office complaining how long the process took. (it didn't do any good)
A "nice" letter huh? lol. Yeah I have all my bond paper work done and the application for the state done, everything is just waiting to be sent in with my test score.
Also nothing like getting the little extra pressure of having Betsy's notary expire. You might have more visitors than usual. :)
